We have our children’s service at 10am. Children will meet during the service to engage in faith, fun, and fellowship in an age appropriate way. We also believe worshipping as a family is important so there will also be times throughout the year where we will not have children’s service to encourage worship as a family.
A typical morning includes connect time for our kids, Bible lesson with a memory verse with their classroom teacher, large group time focusing on worship and application of the lesson, and small group time for discussions and games.
SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY
For our children with special needs, we have a Buddy Program where we give your child the individual attention that is needed. If you feel this might be a good option for your child, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
STEC will host Vacation Bible School on July 19th to 23rd. VBS will be open to all kids 3 years old to entering 6th grade, and this year’s theme is I Wonder. Kids are naturally curious, and when you’re curious about who God is it’s easy to grow your relationship with Jesus. That’s why we’re going to engage kids’ imaginations! Kids will not only get curious about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics — but also about the God who created it all! They’ll hear from early church leaders like Paul, Peter, John, and Timothy, who helped the first Jesus-followers wonder what made their stories unique, what gifts God gave them (and how they could use those gifts to serve), what they could learn from others, and how they could spend time with God. Monday to Thursday will be from 9am – 12 pm with a Thursday night program. Friday morning we will have a Fun Day Friday where parents can come and go with their child to enjoy a nice water day filled with fun (Location TBD). If you have any questions email email@example.com.
