The Parish Choir at STE

Liturgical music at Saint Thomas’ Episcopal Church is formed around the foundations of psalmody, chant, and hymnody. The musicians of Saint Thomas’ pour energy into the work of worshipping God, in the goal of reflecting and communicating His transcendence and grace. Drawing on the rich landscape of the Anglican expression of worship as well as the broader Christian liturgical tradition, the Saint Thomas’ choirs enjoy a varied repertoire from across centuries.

The Parish Choir is a vibrant part of the community of Saint Thomas’ Church. The choir sings on Sunday mornings, as well as on other feast days and occasions, between the start of the fall school semester and Trinity Sunday. The Parish Choir is comprised of volunteers, students, and professional singers, from high-school age upward.
