Our Sister Parish in Scotland

St Thomas’ students with the Rev Dom Ind and teachers Lyric Todkill, Belinda Stanley, Lynn Millikan and Tim Russell.

When St. Thomas’ School’s Pipe Band  and Dancers go to Scotland for competitions, they set up their headquarters at Stirling University. On Sundays, students and chaperones attend church at St. Saviour’s Episcopal Church in Bridge of Allan. The rector of St. Saviour’s, the Rev. Dom Ind and his wife, Donna (who took the accompanying picture) offer a warm welcome to St. Thomas’ people, and Fr. Ind has declared St. Saviour’s to be St. Thomas’ Sister Parish in Scotland.

The Pipe Band did very well in competitions while in Scotland, and came in a close second in their division of the World Pipe Band championships. St. Thomas’ Alumni Band also placed second in their division.
