The Prismatics, formed at Rice University in 2013, is an ensemble dedicated to the performance, refinement and extension of the wind quintet repertoire. A diverse ensemble coming from all reaches of the country, they have already achieved acclaim as a chamber ensemble, winning third place in the 2015 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition. The members continue to study at Rice University, pursuing their undergraduate and graduate studies.
