Food Pantry Facts
• Approximately 50% of the individuals served at Gethsemane Food Pantry (GFP) are children (ages 17 & younger). This population has little control over where their next meal is coming from.
• Nearly 60% of all GFP clients are in households with at least one working adult, the working poor.
• CCSC’s Community Garden, located behind GFP, has produced 3,400 lbs. of fresh produce this year alone! These goods are harvested and given directly to clients.
